The launch of Track and Trace

AntModity Track & Trace

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Track & Trace where the goal is to let the end-buyers of commodities and consumers know information related to the supply side of the commodity.

Currently, Track & Trace provides information such as the number of farmers involved, how the money was distributed among the farmers, and the production date of the respective orders. We are currently entering the data manually, with the use of basic technology.

We launched AntModity to create a new form of trading, where farmers don’t need to rely on traders to sell directly to end-buyers. Our technology enables small and medium scale producers to get the highest price for their commodity by consolidating smaller & larger units before shipping to end-buyers.

As we make progress, Ant Commodity will advance this technology to include more detailed, precise information with support from our own blockchain technology. We are hoping to integrate Track and Trace into our system without being a burden to the cost structure.

With this, we aim to improve the transparency of commodity trading to a new level and transform the traditional commodity trading into a process that is data-driven, and farmer-oriented. It is our belief that this initiative will help us stay on-course to our purpose and values as well.
